Meet coach mike
My goalie-specific journey started with training Jake Oettinger in my basement & backyard shed in December of 2020. We went on to train together over the next 3 summers, along with adding other pro’s like Hobey Baker award-winner Dryden McKay, Adam Scheel, and countless other NCAA, Juniors, and High School goalies.
My Athletic Performance career started in 2012 at Winona State University and includes stints with the Minnesota Gophers, MN State Mankato Mavericks, Wisconsin Badgers, Iowa Hawkeyes, Northern Illinois Huskies, and even a ‘cup of coffee’ in pro baseball with the Colorado Rockies organization.
Alongside my passion for hockey goaltenders, I am the Head of Athletic Performance at Laurus Athletic Rehab & Performance in Roseville, MN, working with hundreds of athletes of all ages and sports every week.
